Seat Occupant Sensor: Service and Repair
SENSOR REPLACEMENT - REAR COMPARTMENT OCCUPANT PRESENCE
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Push back on the occupant presence sensor and release the retaining tab (2).
2. Pull the front of the sensor down to release the front retaining tab (1).
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Insert the rear retaining tab (2) of the occupant presence sensor into the slot.
3. Rotate the sensor upward and secure the front retaining tab (1).
