Surge Tank Hose/Pipe Replacement - Inlet (LS2)

Tools Required

J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure

1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (GE 47716) Draining and Filling Cooling System (LP1, LY7

Static Fill) Draining and Filling Cooling System (LS2 Static Fill).

2. Position J 38185 to the clamp in order to remove the surge tank inlet hose from the surge tank.

3. Position J 38185 to the clamp in order to remove the surge tank inlet hose from the radiator.
