9. Install the vacuum brake booster pushrod nut (1).
Tighten the nut to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
10. Connect the brake pedal position sensor (1) electrical connector.
11. Install the steering column. Refer to Steering Column Replacement (See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Service and
Repair/Steering Column Replacement) .
12. Install the park brake pedal assembly. Refer to Parking Brake Lever Pedal Assembly Replacement (See: Parking Brake System/Parking Brake
Lever/Service and Repair/Parking Brake Lever Pedal Assembly Replacement) .
13. Install the vacuum brake booster. Refer to Power Vacuum Brake Booster Replacement (See: Power Brake Assist/Vacuum Brake Booster/Service
and Repair) .
14. Calibrate the brake pedal position sensor. Refer to Brake Pedal Position Sensor Calibration (See: Lighting and Horns/Brake Light Switch/Service
and Repair/Brake Pedal Position Sensor Calibration) .
