Removal Procedure
1. Remove the left side instrument panel insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement - Left Side (Left Hand Drive) (See: Body
and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair)Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement - Left Side (Right
Hand Drive) (See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators).
2. Without disconnecting the steering column from the intermediate shaft, lower and support the steering column. Refer to Steering Column
Replacement (See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Service and Repair/Steering Column Replacement).
3. Disconnect the brake pedal position sensor electrical connector (1).
