Cadillac Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

1. Install NEW water outlet housing seals.
2. Install the water outlet.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

3. Install the water outlet bolts and tighten to 10 Nm(89 lb in)..
4. Install the radiator hose to the water outlet. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LF1, LLT)   (See: Radiator Hose)Radiator Inlet Hose

Replacement (LSA)   (See: Radiator Hose).

5. For the LLT engine, install the throttle body. Refer to Throttle Body Assembly Replacement (LF1)   (See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery

and Air Induction/Throttle Body/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement)Throttle Body Assembly Replacement (LLT)   (See: Powertrain

6. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LF1, LLT)   (See: Service and Repair/Cooling System Draining
