Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the generator and water pump drive belt. Refer to Water Pump and Generator Belt Replacement   (See: Water Pump and Generator Belt

Replacement).

2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LF1)   (See: Filters/Air Cleaner Housing/Air Cleaner Fresh Air

3. Rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise in order to release the drive belt tension.
4. Remove the drive belt from the power steering pulley.
5. Slowly release the drive belt tensioner.
6. Remove the drive belt from the accessory drive pulleys.
