Removal Procedure
1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LF1, LLT) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling

2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (See: Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair).
3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LF1) (See: Filters/Air Cleaner Housing/Air Cleaner Fresh Air

4. Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Spoilers, Flaps, and Air Dams/Air Dam/Service
and Repair).
5. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) at the engine coolant inlet pipe using J 38185 - Hose Clamp Pliers.
6. Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the engine coolant inlet pipe.
