6. Loosen the front bumper fascia enough to pull it forward and remove the power steering fluid cooler bracket bolt (1). Refer to Front Bumper

7. Remove the power steering fluid cooler bracket nut (3).
8. Remove the power steering fluid cooler (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Position the power steering fluid cooler (2) to the vehicle.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

2. Install the power steering fluid cooler bracket bolt (1).

Tighten the bolt to 15 Nm (11 lb ft).

3. Install the power steering fluid cooler bracket nut (3).

Tighten the nut to 15 Nm (11 lb ft).

4. Secure the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Front Bumper Cover /
