Front Wheel Drive Intermediate Shaft Bearing Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle   (See: Maintenance/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the left front wheel drive shaft. Refer to Front Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Left Side   (See: Service and Repair).

3. Remove and discard the intermediate wheel drive shaft retaining ring (2) and the O-ring (1). 

4. Remove the intermediate shaft bearing assembly mounting bolts.
