CTS Sedan RWD V6-3.0L (2010)
4. Install the center shift control rod pin retainer (2).
5. Rotate the left and right side shift control rod pins (1, 2) in order to lock the retainers into place on the transmission.
6. Raise the transmission.
7. Install the transmission support. Refer to Transmission Support Replacement (Manual except CTS-V) (See: Body and

8. Remove the jack supporting the transmission.
9. Install the propeller shafts. Refer to Front Propeller Shaft Replacement () and Rear Propeller Shaft Replacement (RPO LSA) (See:
Drive/Propeller Shafts, Bearings and Joints/Drive/Propeller Shaft/Service and Repair)Rear Propeller Shaft Replacement (RPO LLT/LF1with MX7

10. Install the exhaust system. Refer to Exhaust System Replacement (LSA) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Service and

11. Lower the vehicle.
12. Install the manual transmission control mount plate assembly. Refer to Transmission Control Mount Plate Replacement (See: Transmission
Control Mount Plate Replacement).
13. Install the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement (Left Hand Drive) (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding /
Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Front Floor Console Replacement)Front Floor Console Replacement (Right Hand Drive) (See: Application and
ID).
14. Install the transmission control lever knob. Refer to Transmission Control Lever Knob Replacement (See: Transmission Control Lever Knob
Replacement).
