3. Install the hinge to door bolts and tighten to 33 Nm (24 lb ft).
4. Remove the door support.

5. Install the fender sound insulator.

Caution:  Striker alignment is a crucial part of door latch operation. Do not use the door striker to adjust the door to the vehicle. Failure to
properly adjust the striker can result in damage to the door latch and the striker.

6. Adjust the door. Refer to Door Adjustment   (See: Adjustments).
7. Install the check link bolt to the body and tighten to 22 Nm (16 lb ft).
8. Touch up any paint damage to the hinge and the bolts with body color paint.
9. Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement   (See: Fender/Front Fender/Front Fender Liner/Service and

Repair).
