Lock Key Does Not Fit Lock Bolt

Using the McGard master key set, the dealer should determine which color coded lock key should accompany the vehicle. The key can then be
ordered with a McGard/GM Dealership Order Form, copies of which accompanied the McGard/Cadillac Dealership packet.

ID/Registration Card and Lock Key Both Missing

Using the McGard master key set, the dealer should determine which color coded ID/Registration Card and lock key should accompany the
vehicle. The key and card can then be ordered with a McGard/GM Dealership Order Form, copies of which accompanied the McGard/Cadillac
Dealership packet.

All orders should be mailed in the McGard envelopes provided in the McGard/Cadillac Dealership packet or sent to the address printed on the bottom of
the order form.

Dealers who need a McGard/Cadillac Dealership packet, which includes a Dealership Registration Form, and/or a McGard master key set should write

Locking Nuts Missing

Wire and cast aluminum wheel locking nuts can be ordered from GMWDD and are listed under Gr. 5.813. All parts must be ordered by
part number to match the color code of the owner's colored ID/Registration Card and the lock key wrench in the owner's possession.
