Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair
Right Side

1. Disconnect both battery cables, then the rear oxygen sensor and harness clip.
2. Raise and support vehicle, then disconnect exhaust pipe from catalytic converter.
3. Disconnect suspension position sensor at both lower control arms.
4. Support rear crossmember of engine cradle with suitable screw jack,then remove 4 cradle to body bolts.
5. Carefully lower rear of engine cradle.
6. Remove pipe to exhaust manifold and crossover exhaust pipe mounting bolts.
7. Remove exhaust manifold mounting nuts, then the exhaust manifold.
8. Reverse procedure to install. Coat oxygen sensor threads with high temperature anti-seize compound.
