Condenser HVAC: All Technical Service Bulletins
Condenser Seals
Remove or Disconnect
1.
Headlamp filler panels.
2.
Oil cooler bracket from condenser. Three nuts.
3.
Loosen upper radiator bracket. Four bolts. This allows for easier installation of the foam seals.
Assemble
1.
Cut two full length foam seals in half. Peel off the paper back and adhere two pieces back to back to make two double-sided seals.
Install or Connect
1.
One of the double sided pieces of foam seal along the right side of the condenser. Refer to Figure 4.
2.
One of the double sided pieces of foam seal along the left side of the condenser. Refer to Figure 5.
