Door Glass Scraping Noise or Sticking Glass (Lubricate/Replace Glass Run Channel and Lubricate Reveal Molding)

Condition
Some owners may comment on a scraping noise heard with the operation of the front/rear door glass up or down, and the door glass sticking with down
operation.
Correction
Lubricate glass run channel (and replace if wear bar is present), and lubricate reveal molding.
Glass Run Channel
1.
Check front/rear glass run channel and door glass for proper fit.
If adjustment is necessary, follow the appropriate adjustment procedure in the Service Manual.
2.
Lower door glass to full down position.
