TOP SPEED FUEL OFF
The IPC displays the TOP SPEED FUEL OFF message when the IPC receives a class 2 message request from the PCM The message indicates the
following conditions:

The PCM senses the top speed for the selected vehicle option.

The PCM disables the fuel system in order to prevent the vehicle from exceeding the vehicle speed limit.
