Description
2. Remove the Connector Position Assurance (CPA) (3) from the inflatable restraint side impact inflator module yellow 2-way connector (2).

3. Disconnect the inflatable restraint side impact inflator module yellow 2-way connector (2) from the harness connector.
Enabling the SIR System
1. Remove the key from the ignition switch.
Description
2. Connect the inflatable restraint IP module yellow 2-way connector.
3. Attach the inflatable restraint IP module yellow 2-way connector to the IP sheetmetal.
4. Ensure the pigtail and harness wiring is routed away from the HVAC mix door actuator.
