Cadillac Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

1. Recover refrigerant. 
2. Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system discriminating sensor. 
3. Front engine torque struts.
4. Cooling fans.
5. Radiator core upper support.
6. Tilt radiator/condenser assembly rearward.
7. Condenser inlet and outlet lines. Cap all openings.
8. Condenser to radiator attachment bolts.
9. Condenser.

Install or Connect

1. Condenser to vehicle; securing with two bolts. 

Tighten

Condenser mounting bolts to 12 N.m (106 lb. in.).

2. Refrigerant lines to condenser.

Tighten
^

Condenser line fittings to 24 N.m (18 lb. ft.).

3. Radiator core upper support.
4. Cooling fans.
5. Front engine torque struts.
6. SIR discriminating sensor. 
7. Evacuate and charge system.
8. Leak test all refrigerant connections.
