Rubbing Noise with the Front Wheels Turned to the Full Lock Position (Cut Out Notch In Wheelhouse Liner and/or Trim Corner of Wheelhouse

This bulletin is being revised to provide additional "Correction Procedure" information, artwork and warranty information. Please discard Corporate
Bulletin Number 43-35-05 (Section 3 - Steering/Suspension).

CONDITION
Some owners may comment on a rubbing noise with the front wheels turned to the full lock position while either accelerating or backing up.

CAUSE
Insufficient clearance between the front tire and the rear wheelhouse liner and/or the front wheelhouse extension.

CORRECTION:

Wheelhouse Liner Modification

1. Raise vehicle.

2. Remove wheelhouse liner from fender opening.
