REAR EVAP PIPE AND HOSE
NOTICE: If nylon pipes become kinked, and cannot be straightened, they must be replaced.

Do not attempt to repair sections of nylon pipes. If damaged, replace.

When replacing EVAP pipes, always replace them with original equipment or parts that meet the GM specifications for those parts.

When replacing EVAP hoses always replace them with original equipment or parts meeting GM specifications. Use only reinforced
fuel-resistant hose which is identified with the word 'Fluoroelastomers' or 'GM 6163-M' on the hose.
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Hardware retaining section of pipe to be replaced.

Note location of attaching hardware for installation.
2. Fuel tank if replacing vent valve hose to EVAP canister. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement. See: Fuel Tank/Service and Repair
3. Quick-connect fitting near fuel filter if replacing EVAP pipe from fuel filter area to EVAP canister.
