Driver/Vehicle Information Display: Description and Operation

The message indicates that the vehicle is configured to have a cellular telephone, but the cellular telephone is not communicating with the IPC. Under the
above conditions, the message will be displayed when either the cellular telephone status is displayed in the vehicle information display or the driver
activates the cellular telephone by pressing the PHONE or RECALL buttons on the steering wheel controls.
