Speaker Replacement - Front Lower (Door)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the door trim panel.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the speaker.
3. Remove the 4 fasteners from the speaker.
4. Remove the speaker from the door.
5. Note the orientation of the speaker electrical connector.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Connect the electrical connector to the speaker.
2. Install the speaker to the door with the electrical connector oriented as noted during removal.
3. Install the 4 fasteners.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Torque the 4 speaker fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

4. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front
