Driver/Vehicle Information Display: Description and Operation
General Information

If equipped, the driver will have the ability to program certain vehicle features. There are 2 levels to the feature programming.

Vehicle feature programming - the features will be programmed for all drivers.

Driver Feature programming - the feature can be programmed for each individual driver.

The display is part of the vehicle information display on the Driver Information Center (DIC). The FEATURE PROGRAMMING will be displayed only
when the power mode in RUN and the gear selector is in PARK. With driver feature programming, the driver must also be identified before the
FEATURE PROGRAMMING will be displayed on the DIC. The DIC includes fixed ON and OFF displays that are used to display the status of each
feature parameter. To program the vehicle features, perform the following steps:

1. Use the DIC buttons in the vehicle information display to display FEATURE PROGRAMMING (OFF) on the DIC.
2. Press the ON/OFF button on the DIG.

With vehicle programming, the DIC displays the first feature to be programmed.

With driver programming, the DIC displays the driver that has been identified for 5 Seconds. After 1 second of blanking time, the DIC
displays the first feature to be programmed.

3. With the feature displayed, pressing the ON/OFF button on the DIC with change the state of the parameter.
4. Press the INFO Down button to display the next feature to be programmed. Press the INFO Up button to display the previous feature to be

programmed.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all features are programmed. The FEATURE PROGRAMMING (OFF) is displayed after all features are programmed.

If any of the following conditions occur, the feature programming will be exited:

The driver presses the INFO RESET button on the DIG.

The gear selector is shifted out of PARK.

^

The power mode is no longer RUN.

^

With driver feature programming, the driver identified changes.
