6. Disconnect the generator coolant hose (1) at the front of the engine.

7. Disconnect the surge tank inlet hose (1) from the engine.
8. Disconnect the generator coolant hose (3) from the heater pipe (2).

9. Remove the two push nuts (1) attaching the pipe assembly to the engine.

10. Remove the surge tank/generator coolant pipe assembly from the engine.
