3. Install the air cleaner cover (3) onto the air inlet housing.
4. Snap the assembly clamps into place.
5. Align the intake air duct/resonator assembly (3) into place.
6. Install the screw onto the intake air duct/resonator assembly.
Tighten
Tighten the intake air duct clamp to 10N.m (7 lb ft).
7. Connect the negative battery cable.
8. Start the engine. If the engine fails to start verify the following:

The PCM contains the correct program (DTC P0602 not set).

The PCM connectors are fully engaged into the PCM.
^
That all fuses are present and not blown
9. Connect a scan tool and perform the following:

Clear DTC P0603.
^
Use the scan tool to reset transaxle fluid life to that recorded prior to PCM removal.
^
Use the scan tool to reset engine oil life to that recorded prior to PCM replacement.
^
Perform the Theft Deterrent Learn Procedure. Refer to Programming Replacement Keys, Ign Cyl, or PCM in Antitheft and Alarm Systems.

Perform the CKP System Variation Learn Procedure. Refer to CKP System Variation Learn Procedure. See: Crankshaft Position

Perform the TP sensor Learn Procedure. Refer to TP Sensor Replacement. See: Sensors and Switches - Computers and Control
