Install the ignition lock cylinder assembly.

Refer to Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement - On Vehicle in the Steering Wheel and Column - Tilt sub-section of the Service Manual for the
installation procedure.

Important: 

If a valet key (gray) is learned first, the theft deterrent module will not allow additional keys to be learned.

8.

Perform the 10 minute Re-Learn Procedure in order to program the PCM with the new fuel password and the VTD module with the transponder
value of the first ignition key.

Refer to the Theft Deterrent sub-section of the Service Manual for the procedure.

9.

Program additional keys by performing the Quick Learn procedure found in the Theft Deterrent sub-section of the Service Manual or in the
PASS-Key(R) III section of the Owner's Manual.
