6. Install the ABS sensor wire connector.
7. Install the wheel and tire.
Tighten the wheel nuts to 125 Nm (80 ft. lbs.).
8. Lower the vehicle.
Wheel Bearing/Hub Replacement - Rear(FE7)
Removal Procedure
Important: It is necessary to replace the ABS sensor and reluctor when servicing the hub or wheel bearing.
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the wheel and tire. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Wheels, Tires and Alignment.
3. Remove two bolts from brake caliper and hang away from rotor. Refer to Brake Caliper Replacement - Rear (Without J55) or Brake Caliper
Replacement - Rear (J55) in Brakes and Traction Control.
4. Remove the brake rotor. Refer to Brake Rotor Replacement - Rear (Without J55) or Brake Rotor Replacement - Rear (J55) in Brakes and Traction
Control.
