Weatherstrip Replacement - Auxiliary

Removal Procedure

1. With the doors open, remove the two retainers from the front body hinge pillar.
2. Working rearward, remove the sealing strip by pulling it away from the flange.
3. Remove the remaining retainers from the rear door latch pillar.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the top retainer to the rear door latch pillar.
2. Position the locator into the upper corner of the windshield pillar.
3. Working rearward along the header, install the sealing strip to the flange.
4. At the locator working downward along the windshield pillar, install the sealing strip to the flange.
5. Install the 2 retainers.
6. Install the remaining retainers to the rear door latch pillar.
