Power Window Switch: Service and Repair
POWER WINDOW SWITCH REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Insert a flat bladed tool under the rear edge of the rear door switch plate.
NOTE: The retainer clip must be fully disengaged before the switch plate is removed. Otherwise, damage to the switch plate could result.
2. Push the tool firmly towards the switch plate to disengage the retainer.
3. Lift up on the rear of the switch plate in order to remove the rear switch plate from the door trim panel.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
5. Remove the power window switch from the switch plate by disengaging the side snap walls with small flat bladed tool.
