Battery Positive Cable Replacement (with TP2)

Removal Procedure

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection   (See: Negative/Service and Repair/Battery

Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection).

2. Remove the upper intake manifold sight shield. Refer to Upper Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement   (See: Engine, Cooling and

Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and Repair/Upper Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement).

3. Remove the underhood junction block cover.

4. Lift the junction block retainers from the locked position (3) and rotate the retainers to the open position (1).
5. Reposition the junction block.
