1. Install the engine oil cooler (2) to the mounting brackets (4).

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the engine oil cooler mounting bolts (3).

Tighten the engine oil cooler mounting bolts to 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.).

3. Connect the cooler lines to the engine oil cooler (1).

-

Tighten the engine oil cooler line flare nuts (2) to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).

4. Install the engine oil cooler hose clip.

Tighten the hose clip bolt to 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.).

5. Install the grill. Refer to Grille Replacement (C350OHD).
6. Refill the engine oil to the correct level. Refer to Capacities - Approximate Fluid.
7. Start the engine.
8. Inspect the system for leaks.
