Camshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the spark plug wires and ignition coil wire from the distributor.
3. Disconnect the Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor harness connector from the distributor.
4. Remove the distributor cap screws.
