Escalade EXT AWD V8-6.2L (2009)
4. Remove the catalytic converter pipe to the exhaust manifold nuts (1).
5. Remove the exhaust seals (2 and 3) and discard.
Installation Procedure
1. Install NEW exhaust manifold seals (2 and 3).
2. Install the catalytic converter pipe to the exhaust manifolds.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Install the catalytic converter pipe to exhaust manifold nuts (1) and tighten to 50 Nm(37 lb ft).
4. Install the transmission crossmember. Refer to Transmission Support Crossmember Replacement (4WD 2500 Series) (See: Body and
