REAR BRAKE NOISE - 1983 LIMOUSINES
1983 Limousines may experience a condition of a metallic scraping noise from the rear of the vehicle, especially during a right hand turn. This condition
may be caused by the left hand brake drum contacting the stationary backing plate.
