Fleetwood FWD V8-252 4.1L (1986)
INSTALLATION
1. Install the air pump assembly and tighten mounting bolts (3).
2. Install the air injection pump outlet piping.
3. Install the air injection pump inlet hose.
4. Install the pump pulley and spacer.
5. Install the pump pulley bolts (4) and tighten equally to 25 Nm (18 lbs ft).
6. Install the serpentine belt and reposition drive belt tensioner in the engaged (down) position.
7. Check air injection system for proper operation. Refer to Computers and Controls / System Diagnosis / Diagnostic Charts / Chart C-6, Air
Management Check.
