Limit Switch And Harness Assembly
1. Follow the diamond sequence in image.
ASSEMBLE
1. Reverse the sequence.
2. Reseal area where harness passes through housing.
ARMATURE AND MAGNET ASSEMBLY
DISASSEMBLE
Armature And Magnet Assembly
1. Follow the diamond sequence in image.
IMPORTANT: Remove old lubricant from housing.
ASSEMBLE
1. Reverse the sequence.
2. Lubricate worm and gear with lithium soap grease, and apply a drop of oil to bearings before assembling motor and gear housing cover.
