Remove sash (3) and spacer (2).
Installation
1.
Locate spacer (2) to door glass and sash channel (3) to spacer and glass.
NOTE:
As a precaution to prevent the popping condition from recuffing, use 3M Channel Bonding Epoxy, 3M P/N 08641 or equivalent, to bond the
sash channel to the spacer and the spacer to the door glass.
2.
Align holes in door glass, spacer, and sash channel.
3.
Connect sash and spacer to glass using 3/16" x .527" aluminum domehead blind rivets, P/N 20743322, (two required).
4.
Install door glass as specified in Section 5 of the Body Service Manual.
For warranty purposes, use Labor Operation C0116 for the right side and C0117 for the left side at 1.1 hours each for sash channel and glass R&R.
