Removing Refrigerant Filter From Fleetwood FWD V8-300 49L (1993)

Remove caps or tape from open ends at condenser assembly outlet fitting and evaporator inlet port.

Coat new 0-rings with clean 525 viscosity refrigerant oil GM PIN 5416939 or equivalent and install them.

Tighten nuts, holding the fitting of condense outlet tube stationary with a second wrench.

Tighten

Nut at condenser outlet fitting to 16 Nm (12 lbs. ft.).

Nut at evaporator inlet port to 16 Nom (12 lbs. ft.).
6.
Refrigerant.

Partially charge system and perform a leak test. Refer to System Diagnosis / Leak Test.
