1.
Remove caliper assembly as outlined.
2.
Remove outboard shoe assembly, unsnapping springs from holes in caliper.
3.
Remove inboard shoe assembly, pressing in on edge of shoe from open side of caliper and tilting shoe outward to release it from retainer.
4.
Remove bushings from caliper mounting bracket holes, Fig. 2, and remove two-way check valve from end of piston with screwdriver. If leakage is
noted from piston hole after removing check valve, replace actuator and overhaul caliper.
