Included are copies of a Driveability Symptom Worksheet and an ECM/PCM Data Worksheet. These forms may be photocopied and used by service
writers, technicians, and service managers to assist in the diagnosis of driveability conditions.
The Driveability Symptom Worksheet should be completed by the service writer based on information provided by the owner and/or a test drive. This
form should be attached to the repair order and provided to the technician to aid in the diagnosis of the condition.
