3. Insert the intermediate cable (1) into the cable retaining bracket and lock the cable into place.
4. Connect front of the intermediate cable (1) to the front cable using the connecting clip.
5. Adjust the parking brake cable. Refer to Park Brake Cable Service Adjustment.
