Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE

J 38825 Power Steering Pump Pulley Remover
1. Remove the power steering pump assembly from the vehicle. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP REPLACEMENT.
2. Remove the power steering pump pulley using J 38825.
4. Remove the pressure pipe from the pump.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

J38823 Power Steering Pump Pulley Installer
Important: The face of the pulley hub must be flush with the pump drive shaft. Do not use an arbor press to install the pulley.
1. Install the pulley to the power steering pump using J 38823.
2. Install the power steering pump assembly. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP REPLACEMENT.
