Sunroof Sunshade Assembly Replacement (Rear)

SUNROOF SUNSHADE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (REAR)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Open the rear sunshade to the full open/forward position.
2. Remove the headliner.
3. Remove the rear sunroof vent window.

IMPORTANT:  Prior to releasing the sunshade track retainers from the sunshade cable barrels, ensure that the sunshade is at the full open position.

4. Using a medium flat-bladed tool, release the sunroof/sunshade screws (2) from the cable assembly (4).

5. Remove the screws (2) securing the sunshade assembly (3) to the lower sunroof frame assembly.
6. With the sunshade assembly screws removed, gently move forward one corner of the assembly in order to release the sunshade from the rear track

assembly.

7. Remove the sunshade assembly from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
