3. Install the master cylinder heat shield, if equipped.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

4. Install the master cylinder heat shield bolt (1) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in)..

Note:  Lift the dash panel insulator slightly to install the upper master cylinder heat shield nut.

5. Install the master cylinder heat shield nuts (1) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
6. Install the radiator surge tank. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LF1)   (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Coolant
