4. Connect the power steering gear outlet hose and the power steering cooler outlet hose to the power steering cooler inlet and outlet hose assembly.
5. Clean any excess power steering fluid from the vehicle and remove the drain pans.
6. Install the radiator upper grille. Refer to Radiator Upper Grille Replacement (Base)  (See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair)Radiator

Upper Grille Replacement (R1T, R1X)  (See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair) .

7. Install the front air deflector, if necessary. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement  (See: Body and Frame/Spoilers, Flaps, and Air Dams/Air

Dam/Service and Repair) .

8. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding  (See: Power Steering Bleeding/Service and Repair) .

Removal Procedure

1. Remove as much power steering fluid from the remote power steering fluid reservoir as possible.
2. Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement  (See: Body and Frame/Spoilers, Flaps, and Air Dams/Air Dam/Service

and Repair) .

3. Place drain pans underneath the vehicle as needed.
