Move the IP outlet and outlet fuse to the open cavity next to each fuse in the under hood Bussed Electrical Center. The cigar lighter and accessory plugs
will have power at all times.

Important:
For vehicles built after the VIN breakpoints shown, the cigar relay will have to be installed, except for the CTS on which the procedure can not be
performed.
Move the IP outlet and outlet fuse to the outboard position in the under hood Bussed Electrical center and install the cigar relay. This will allow the
system to time out after the ignition is off for ten minutes.
On CTS
Important:
This procedure can not be performed after the VIN break see the table above.
