SUCTION HOSE REPLACEMENT (WITH RPO CODE C57)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Remove the LH front wheel.
4. Remove the LH front splash shield retainers.
5. Remove the LH front splash shield (1).
6. Remove the suction hose bolt from the A/C compressor.
7. Disconnect the suction hose from the A/C compressor.
8. Remove and discard the O-ring.
9. Lower the vehicle.
10. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.
11. Remove the suction hose retaining screw from the clamp.
12. Separate the suction hose from the clamp.
13. Remove the suction hose quick connect fitting.
