SRX RWD V8-4.6L VIN A (2006)
1. Remove the key from the ignition switch.
2. When enabling the SIS, proceed to step 3. If the roof rail module needs enabling, go to step 6.
3. Connect the SIS connector (2) to the SIS (3).
4. Connect the CPA (1) to the SIS connector (2).
5. Install the right center pillar trim panel.
6. Connect the roof rail module yellow connector (3) to the right roof rail module (1).
7. Install the CPA (2) to the right roof rail module connector (3).
8. Install the right carpet retainer trim.
9. Install the SIR fuse into the right rear fuse center (1).
10. Install the right rear fuse center cover.
11. Position the carpet back under the right rear seat.
12. Use caution while reaching in and turn the ignition switch to the ON position.The AIR BAG indicator will flash then turn OFF.
13. Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle if the AIR BAG warning indicator does not operate as described. Refer to Diagnostic System

DISABLING PROCEDURE
1. Turn the steering wheel so that the vehicle's wheels are pointing straight ahead.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
3. Remove the key from the ignition switch.
