11. Using the J38185, reposition the radiator outlet hose (1) clamp to secure the radiator outlet hose to the afterboil coolant pump.
12. Using the J38185, disengage the tension on the hose clamp and install the radiator outlet hose to the thermostat housing.
13. Using the J38185 slide the clamp into the original position.
14. Install the radiator outlet hose to the support bracket.
15. Install the air intake duct. 
16. Fill the cooling system.

Removal Procedure 

1. Drain the coolant. 
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. 
3. Using the J38185, disengage the tension on the hose clamp and remove the radiator outlet hose from the thermostat housing.
4. Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the support bracket.
