3. Install the potentiometer housing (3) to the telescope actuator assembly (1).
4. Install the telescope actuator assembly.

5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the retaining screws (2) to the telescope actuator assembly.
Tighten the screws to 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.).

6. Connect the electrical connector to the telescope assembly actuator.
7. Install the knee bolster.
8. Enable the Restraint System. Refer to Restraint System Disabling and Enabling Zone 3.
